Umami Analytics

Privacy-focused, cookie-free web analytics hosted within the EU by Bitberry AB. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data such as IP addresses, and does not track visitors across websites. All usage statistics are fully anonymous.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Bot protection service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Processes technical data to verify that form submissions come from real users, not automated bots.

Retention periods

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy. The following retention periods apply:

  • Contact form submissions: 12 months after the inquiry has been resolved.
  • Analytics and cookie data: up to 26 months from collection, or until consent is withdrawn.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, plus 3 months for suppression list purposes.
  • Data retained for legal obligations (e.g. accounting records under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act): 7 years from the end of the financial year.
  • Contract-related data: for the duration of the contract plus 36 months thereafter.

International transfers of personal data

Some of the third-party services we use are operated by companies based outside the EU/EEA. This means that personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for all such transfers:

  • Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager): Data may be transferred to the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of protection. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are also in place as a supplementary safeguard.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook Pixel): Data may be transferred to the United States. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are also in place as a supplementary safeguard.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile): Technical data may be processed in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
  • Umami Analytics: Hosted within the EU by Bitberry AB. Umami does not use cookies or collect personal data, so no international transfer of personal data occurs.

Right of access

Right to rectification

You have the right to request correction or completion of inaccurate or misleading data.

You have the right to have your personal data deleted. You can request that we delete data about you at any time. Please note that information we are required to keep due to other legal obligations (for example accounting law) will not be deleted.
